The place located in residential area got a quiet environment. But also next to the Blue line MRT, which is really nice connected commercial area. The apartment is at a great location. Spacious unit 1650sq. ft, kitchen with western amenities and furnishing.

Everything in the apartment is free for guests to use. If you're needing a place for longer than 3 months special furniture arrangements may be requested.

✧We do not provide other personal hygiene products (sanitary napkins, razors/foam, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.)
✧We provide pack and play, baby bathtubs, and high chairs. Please inform us of your needs when booking.
✧Kitchen and refrigerator are free to use, but we hope that the cooking method is simple to keep the indoor environment tidy and clean.
✧No cleaning service during the stay, but vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies will be provided. If you want to pay extra for cleaning during the stay, please let us know and book in advance.

Had a really great stay. The property was nice, clean, and located in a convenient location. What stood out the most was how helpful the hosts were. They were communicative and helped us with certain arrangements: booking vans from/to the airport, making reservations at restaurants, etc. They try to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and I'll be a repeat customer if I'm ever back in Taipei.

The communication with the management team was impeccable, they were always available when we had questions or needed help. They helped us arrange local transportation to and from the airport, met us on our first night to greet us and familiarize us with the apartment. The apartment was the perfect size for me and my family. Beds were comfy. It was super helpful to have two bathrooms with two teenagers and a washer dryer. Perfectly located in the Da'an District. Close to public transportation, restaurants, and most importantly shopping! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Rooms are spicy. It’s good for family with kids or elders. Apt on ground floor but only let u used back door to enter to the apartment. If back side entry make it more pleasant and clean will be good. Basic toilets are provided if you stay longer you need to get it your own toilet paper. Washer & dryer is a plus detergents provided as well. Close to Sun Yet Shin mrt station like 8 min walk. Overall good stay.
