Location, location, location. What a great place directly across the road from Main Station. Everything you could want is close by.

The 2 bedrooms were very dark and one had no windows so was very dungeon like. No living room, lounging area/couch to relax on. There was only a kitchen with stools. Shower was really good and water temp fine.

The room was very spacious and very clean. Had a small view of the main station which is right across the road, very convenient. Next door is the shopping centre and there are eateries everywhere. Nice big bathroom and strangely, although there is no microwave and hot plate, they provided knives, forks and spoons along with your normal kettle and tea bags. If you stay over a certain amount of nights, they do provide room clean services. Otherwise you probably won't need it,

One of the main reason we chose this place was the washing machine in the room. It was supposed to be wash/dry machine. It washes alright but it doesn't dry. Went to the reception/servicedesk to see if we can pay to use the other machines in the complex. They didn't say no but they indicated that there is not much difference..just turn the dryer more times. And yes, just having the dryer option does not dry. Ended up having to improvise.

Excellent location right across from Taipei's main station. Close enough to the river trails. Shopping center and shops right under the building.

The place could do with a new paint, it looks tired and worn out. Bench in the living area was cold to sit on some flat sitting cushions would be great. Common wall in 1 of the bedrooms is paper thin, not good when the occupants rock up at midnight and start to party... luckily only 1 of the 3 bedrooms had a common wall so not a big deal.

Great location, separate shower and bathroom, double sinks and in unit washer and dryer. Great countertop space with lots of closet space

Found dirty pad stuck on the wall near clothing rack in the shower room the day we checked in, horrible impression on the overall cleanliness of the apartment. The staff offered another round of cleaning after we notified them but the overall experience of the place was partially ruined. There was offer on partial refund either The apartment is on a separate floor away from other accommodations, the floor felt isolated and is next to "some obesity organization . Apartment door is automatic lock and there's no way of locking the door from within, door swings outward, so you cant really block the door from opening as well. noise from outside can be heard, and sometimes you will mistaken people opening ur door, when its the next door neighbor opening their own
