About this house rental
The entire single family house in the heart of Overland Park! Great choice for big groups, families, friends or colleagues. Have a great time in our large "saloon" with a bar and enough space for a family gathering. Indulge yourself in our sauna and have a nice relaxing evening on our backyard. The house is newly renovated and have enough sleeping room for 12 people! Don't wait, book this gem for your next vacation!
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms: one master suite with king bed and separate bathroom, another bedroom has a queen bed and the third one has two single beds suitable for kids or young adults. Main level features a nicely equipped kitchen, dining room for 8 persons and living room with two queen size sofa-beds. Downstairs has a huge saloon with bar, sofa-bed, TV, air hockey walkout to the patio and third bathroom. Our sauna is brand new and located outside just steps across the patio. Guests can also use two car garage and the driveway. The whole house is for the guests.

The house was directly across the street from a really nice park. We enjoyed the use of the sauna in the backyard. It is an older home but really clean.

This house was perfect! It looks small but it actually has so much space inside. Boris was wonderful and very responsive to messages. I would definitely stay there again!

Good location and easy check in process. This property had some functional concerns - the dishwasher did not work, the oven did not work properly (gave up making bacon after 45 min as it was still fairly raw) and the microwave was hit or miss. Sent host a message through app regarding dishwasher, but did not get a response. Host did send several other pre-recorded messages throughout our stay. Noted several ants in the kitchen and living area. Bedrooms were all upstairs, but entertaining areas were disjointed throughout 3 other partial levels. The fireplace made really odd noises - like the belly of a whale. The yard was not mowed. Very sparse kitchen items, like serving bowls. Disappointed given the moderately high price point.
