About this house rental
The entire single family house in the heart of Overland Park! Great choice for big groups, families, friends or colleagues. It has 4 bedrooms, king bed in master, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a nice backyard! If needed you can rent a second house on the same street just steps away from this one: https://www.vrbo.com/1187834
The upstairs has 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bathroom (small shower). Second bedroom has two twin size beds, and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. All the mattresses are brand new, different firmness, freshly laundered bed sheets and towels are provided. Second full bathroom is located in the hall upstairs with easy access to all bedrooms.
Main level features the kitchen with all the necessities, small breakfast table with sitting for four, then a formal dining area with table for 6, and living room with two couches that can be transformed into beds.
Downstairs has another living area with a nice bar/ stools and another sofa-bed. It also has doors to the outdoor patio. Although we do have a fireplace downstairs - we don't allow guests to use it out of safety concerns.
Parking is available in the attached two car garage, on the driveway and on the street if available.
Additional parking is available right across the street (public park).

Property needs some repair but was clean and comfortable for our family gathering. Thought it was a little pricey. Property manager was very responsive to our request and handled things promptly.

After leaving, we felt the coffee maker was too small. The kitchen needed more kid friendly plates/bowls/silverware and wash and dry towels. The downstairs tv needs to have local weather channels. The sirens went off while staying overnight and we had to access weather off of our phones. We also felt it was SUPER noisy. We had kids with us and the floors creaked SO bad- especially the stairs.We appreciated not having to super clean before checkout. Otherwise, it clean and very spacious.
