This charming and unusual house in the centre of Matignon accommodates up to 5 guests.
The property combines stone walls, wooden features and cosy decoration to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a comfortable living room with lounge area, dining space, television, audio system and large sofa.
The fully equipped open kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, gas and electric hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and everything needed for cooking during your stay.
On the first floor:
- One master bedroom with double bed 140x190
- One bedroom with two single beds 90x190 and one pull-out bed
- One shower room with vanity unit
On the second floor, a large attic games and relaxation room offers additional living space. Please note that the ceiling height is low in this area.
The house enjoys a central location in Matignon, close to shops and the weekly Wednesday market.
Important information:
- Every Wednesday, the local market takes place directly below the windows and in the street, so vehicles must be moved that day
- Included services : bed linen and household linen (towels and tea towels)
- Wi-Fi access via 5G box (depending on network coverage)
- End-of-stay cleaning included (according to house rules)
Secure key boxes are available for self check-in after 6 PM or outside agency opening hours.
