This house is perfectly equipped:

- a large living room upstairs overlooking the Bay Fresnay and Fort La Latte.
- 3 bedrooms, two on the ground floor with double beds of 160 and a bedroom upstairs with two single beds of 90.

- 1 WC with washbasin.

The ground of 1000 m2 is entirely closed.

Conforme aux photos et à la description. Belle vue sur la mer et Fort La Latte depuis le salon a l'étage. Très calme. A 5 min à pied d'une belle petite plage, que nos enfants ont bien appréciée, et du sentier des douaniers. Maison bien équipée, en excellent état, très propre, propriétaires sympas. Rien à redire. 🙂

En convalescence, nous avons pu apprécier avec mon épouse cette maison bien équipée, au calme mais proche de toutes les commodités, et avec une vue mer à couper le souffle ! Nous avons pu faire de superbes balades sur le GR34 situé juste à proximité. Stéphanie a été aux petits soins avec nous. Nous recommandons cette location avec grand plaisir. Sylvie et Pierre

Maison accueillante et bien située, pas loin de la plage et avec une vue magnifique. Elle est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et disponible. Nous avons tenté notre chance en février et pas déçu car les sites touristiques sont accessibles et pas trop de monde et le temps était super pour la saison. À refaire

Nous y avons passé quelques jours. La maison de Stéphanie était telle que nous l'esperions, très agréable surtout le salon a l'étage avec cette vue superbe sur la baie! Très bien situé et très calme, la Bretagne comme on l'aime. Merci à Stéphanie pour son accueil. Je recommande vivement !!!!

Un très bon séjour

Maison agréable où nous avons été très bien accueillis, propriétaires sympathiques. Semaine ensoleillée qui nous a permis de profiter des sentiers côtiers avec un cadre magnifique. La location est très bien située, à proximité du Cap Fréhel et du Fort La Latte, mais aussi du Cap d'Erquy, de Dinan, de Saint-Malo, ou encore du Mont-Saint-Michel qui est à 1h20... De belles plages également aux alentours. Nous retournerons certainement dans cette belle région ! (Séjour du 29 juin au 6 juillet 2019)

Accueil très sympathique avec des attentions chaleureuses. Équipement parfait. Café, thé, à disposition. Literies doubles excellentes, simples moins bien. Seul petit bémol, des oreillers peu confortables (plats). Très jolie vue depuis le salon à l’étage. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour. Merci.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une région relativement préservée. La maison est très confortable et bénéficie d'une terrasse et d'un grand jardin avec vue sur mer. La vue sur le fort la Latte depuis la mezzanine est un enchantement. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin afin que l'on puisse manquer de rien. Bref, allez-y les yeux fermés!! William (Angers).

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à St Cast le Guildo avec nos trois petits enfants dans un cadre magnifique. Le logement proche de la plage est très confortable, spacieux, fonctionnel, d'une grande propreté, et d'une architecture très originale.Il y fait bon vivre.... La literie est très confortable et très propre. Nous avons apprécié le grand jardin avec une vue sur la mer où les enfants ont pu s'ébattre sans danger. Les propriétaires sont avenants, très sympathiques et nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour en Bretagne. Nous comptons d'ailleurs réserver cette location l'an prochain...

Un séjour superbe dans une maison très agréable

La maison rénovée par Stéphanie et sa famille est un lieu où l'on se sent bien dès la porte franchie. Que rêver de mieux qu'un endroit ensoleillé, au calme tout en étant proche d'une jolie plage, un peu confidentielle, et des commerces ? Vous bénéficiez d'un grand jardin idéal pour les jeux de pétanque, palets, molky ... ainsi que d'une grande terrasse idéale du petit déjeuner au dîner. La maison est très bien équipée tout comme la terrasse et le jardin. Les soirées passées sur la mezzanine, à s'émerveiller de la vue sur la côte de Fort la Latte, coucher de soleil après coucher de soleil, en profitant d'une palette de couleurs si riche, ont été un pur bonheur. Tout était parfait, y compris l'accueil chaleureux et souriant de Stéphanie. Et le soleil était de la partie toute la semaine, ce qui gâche rien. Un grand merci à Stéphanie et au plaisir de revenir très bientôt. Clotilde (Dinan-Rennes)
