This is a rear to find sweet and cozy studio on Glendale Ave. Pretty closed to freeway I-17 and GCU as well as Westgate. Has everything you need to relax and enjoy your estancia. Everything is private and has two parking space if need it.

Upon arriving to the suite, cold water was waiting for us in the fridge. We appreciated this thoughtful touch. Our parking spot was always available, and we wouldn’t have even known they had a dog on their property because things were so quiet. We always felt safe, which was important to me while traveling with my daughter. They did have a graduation party one night during our stay, but we were informed of this a few days in advance and the music was turned off when we were told it would be. This was a special occasion and probably not a normal occurrence. We would stay again without hesitation.

Great place! Reasonable price. Clean and spacious. Felt more like home. Had everything you needed. Great location. Walking distance from everything. Definitely will be back!

Great location and close to everything. Very clean studio and equipped with all I needed to make my meals as needed. The host was responsive and always available for questions and respected my privacy. Terrific experience- thank you!
