The studios and apartments of “Casa do Bairro by CosyCasa” are located in the colorful and more pleasant area of Peniche, the 'Quarter of the Fishermen' (Bairro dos Pescadores).
The house is located in the entrance of the city, to 200 meters of the main beach of Peniche, 3 minutes by foot, the great bay that extended from Peniche Beach until Baleal Beach.
Access to all the comforts by foot:
-Coffee at 50 m
-Restaurante BBQ with take away at 150 m
-Supermarkets: Intermarché at 350 m, Lidl at 550 m, Continente at 800 m
-Bakeries at 200 m
-ATM at Intermarché at 350 m, and at BIC Bank at 500 m
-At 250 m Public garden with childish park and Skatepark, space of picnic and restaurant
-Surf school at 450 m
-Bar at 550 m
Studio on the ground floor of the House with private patio, small BBQ, table with 2 chairs and sun hat. Double bed and sofa, lifting table with 2 chairs.
Closet with rail and shelf.
Bed linen, towels, tableware and household utensils, products and accessories of cleanliness, toaster, expresso machine Dimobilli (Multi-drinks: Tea, Chocolate, capsules of coffee (Delta Q and Dolce Gusto), tablets of coffee type Senseo, powder coffee), mixer, microwave, 2 rings plate stove, electric oven, freeze, TV LED HDMI and USB, hair dryer 2200W.
Common laundry room: washing machine and drying machine (cost of 0.50€ to 1/2 hour).
Vacuum cleaners, iron and ironing board for free.

We liked to stay in your Apartment. We will recommend it to everybody :)
Only one thing: we didn't had new cleaning clothes. They were old ones (still wet).
And one proposal from us: it would be great if there is a ashtray on the balcony. One which is not open (that the ash doesn't "winds" away.
