The studios and apartments of “Casa do Bairro by CosyCasa” are located in the colorful and more pleasant area of Peniche, the 'Quarter of the Fishermen' (Bairro dos Pescadores).
The house is located in the entrance of the city, to 200 meters of the main beach of Peniche, 3 minutes by foot, the great bay that extended from Peniche Beach until Baleal Beach.
Access to all the comforts by foot:
-Coffee at 50 m
-Restaurante BBQ with take away at 150 m
-Supermarkets: Intermarché at 350 m, Lidl at 550 m, Continente at 800 m
-Bakeries at 200 m
-ATM at Intermarché at 350 m, and at BIC Bank at 500 m
-At 250 m Public garden with childish park and Skatepark, space of picnic and restaurant

Gostei da casa. Tudo muito limpo e espaço bem aproveitado. Muito bom para ter umas férias tranquilas. O local é calmo e agradável. Tudo o que é preciso está perto. Supermercados, churrasqueira, praia, tudo a poucos metros. Os vizinhos são simpáticos, (obrigado pelas sardinhas, estavam divinais!!!). Para repetir, certamente. Apenas uma pequena sugestão: Provavelmente nem iria ser utilizado, mas um A/C talvez fosse uma ideia a ponderar. Para o ano espero voltar. Cumps.

Es war einfach alles wunderbar! Alles sehr unkompliziert, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr angenehmen Lage der Stadt. Alles in Allem sofort ein zu Hause in einer anderen Welt.

INESQUECÍVEL !!!!! As instalações são ótimas. O ambiente muito bom . Calmo. A nível humano muito profissionais e sempre presentes quando necessário. Um local a voltar sem qualquer dúvida.
