The innovative architectural style of Villa AnnaNiko Crete Greece gives guests the feeling of freedom and spaciousness. It offers a living space of 270 m2 and 110 m2 of terraces and is built on a plot of 7000 m2, with no immediate neighbours.
Villa AnnaNiko can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, designed for privacy for the larger party, as each bedroom opens out to either a balcony, terrace or patio, from which lovely views can be enjoyed.Built in four semi levels, Villa AnnaNiko spares no luxury. Interior design and furnishings combine simplicity and sumptuousness, with the use of pale wood and chrome, mixed with splashes of color.
On the outside, a series of terraces and a lush garden embrace the house. The crystal private pool(11m x 8m) is a highlight that adds to the villa dwellers' pleasure. A long separate pool(20.00m x 2.50m) is designed for the children to enjoy .
Orientation : once you have settled in, our concierge will be on hand to share with you information about shops, restaurants, museums, gorges, beaches, local feasts, organized or private tours or anything else you may need.

The property was beautiful and easily accomodated our party of 9. It does require a rental car to get around but we easily parked our 3 cars there. Stelios helped get us in contact with someone who came in to the villa and cooked a spectacular anniversary dinner on the patio paired with a private wine tasting. So much to do and see within driving distance.

The villa is really lovely with absolutely stunning views of the mountains and the sea. As per the description, it is a bit secluded, but only a 5 min drive from shops and local amenities. Everything was well stocked and well maintained with nice touches like the fruit and veg allotment.
Stelios was very responsive and helpful on all points and gave us confidence to travel despite the uncertainty of the pandemic, and was then consistently available and helping organise chefs, taxis, testing on arrival.

We were a group of 10 friends staying at Villa AnnaNiko. The grounds and the view were amazing. There were olive trees and two vegetable gardens that we were free to take from. The interior is a beautiful Danish-style. It was perhaps not the best layout for our group as we had 4 couples and two singles who didn't not want to share a room (one male, one female), so one person slept on the sofa in the living room (where the sun shone brightly through the lovel big windows and the early risers had to be quiet). Two of the bedrooms have sofa beds, but it's really more appropriate for a couple with children instead of an adult sharing a room with a couple.
Stelios was a wonderful help in planning our trip. He hooked us up with a wine expert for an in-house wine tasting on the terrace. She also arranged a wine & olive oil tasting tour (that included a traditional Cretan lunch) for our group which was fabulous.
Several of us wanted massages, and Stelios was our massage therapist - he was amazing and did different massages depending on what each person needed. I highly recommend a Stelios massage!
You definitely need a car for this villa, but it only takes about five minutes to get down to the main road and it's also close to the freeway. We had no problem getting around. We had 4 cars and there was enough room to park all of them.
I highly recommend Villa AnnaNiko if the layout will work for your family/friends.
