About this apartment rental
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. You have direct ocean access over a beautiful, private boardwalk that crosses the marsh between the resort buildings and the beachfront. Coco's on the Beach bar and grill is waiting for you at the end of the boardwalk. There are six lighted tennis courts, 3 striped for pickleball, 2 outdoor pools, an indoor recreation center with a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, 1/10th mile indoor jogging track and a fitness center! Our private beach is one of the least crowded, most beautiful on the island. Just take a walk on our private boardwalk overlooking a scenic salt water marsh with spectacular wildlife like herons and egrets! There is also golf cart shuttles that can take you if you don't feel like walking! At the beach you will find Coco's Cabana with food, drinks and restrooms and the breath-taking beach surrounding you! Best waves, shells and sharks teeth! Beach Volleyball right in front of CoCo's! This mid-island resort is a 24 hour gated community and convenient to all the fun Hilton Head Island has to offer! Beautiful bike paths, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and of course the beach! Our resort has picnic table, grills and a private sun deck for your enjoyment. All of the amenities are free to guests making this the best family vacation value on Hilton Head. The resort is only a few minutes from Chaplin Community Park with protected bike trails, soccer, basketball, playgrounds and much more! The condo was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. Nice view from the top floor. Kitchen was well stocked. Easy walk to the beach with a cart to take you back and fourth.

This was our first time to visit Hilton Head and we couldn't have been happier with the location of the property. The actual unit is probably one of the best locations in the resort, close to the boardwalk that accesses the beach and with multiple window views of the ocean. Each room had a king size bed and TV which kept my teens very happy. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals and snacks and there were plenty of towels and blankets. We really enjoyed using the available beach wagon and chairs for our days at the beach and the outdoor pool right outside the unit was great. The boardwalk to the beach is built over beautiful marshland and right next to a golf course, so though it took 5 to 10 minutes to get to the beach it was an enjoyable walk. We weren't able to get a hold of the shuttle on the phone to coordinate rides, but we saw it pass us a few times. The elevator in the building is out of commission and the workers made it sound like it would be awhile before is it was renovated and back in use. We were able to climb the four flights of stairs right outside the unit every day, but if someone needs an elevator they would have to use one in an adjacent building. There was a place to store and lock up bikes under the building too, which was great. We enjoyed riding the city's many bike paths. Over all we really enjoyed our time and would recommend this unit to others!

Great condo on HHI . Comfy beds. Very quiet . The condo was well stocked and very clean . I would recommend . If we come back we would stay here again.
