The house was very clean and spacious, warm and comfortable, with a real log fire to complement the central heating. Our host Paula, a lovely lady, was an excellent host and very helpful, especially when Portugal was affected by a major power outage - she responded with torches, candles, warm soup, heating up a meal for us and a vacuum flask of hot water! We spent a fortnight exploring the Montesinho trails on foot and bike, and enjoyed it immensely. Rural northern Portugal at its best.

A truly authentic Portuguese stay in a small village with everything you need for a comfortable stay in a truly amazing location. Communication was great, we were met at the property and shown around. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the lovely scenery and quiet country get away at this casa. Paula was very friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable! It is a great location with easy access to a lovely trail.

The house is nice and has the necessary appliances.
Very good if you want to spend a few very quiet days and access the Natural park.
We missed lamps in two rooms.
