At the condo itself, you’ll find a cozy, light-filled space. In warm months, start the day on your private patio with a cup of coffee in hand, then step inside to make some breakfast. The full, well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets you need to prepare favorite recipes. Grab a bite at the adjacent dining table before heading out to explore, then get cozy in front of the gas fireplace when you return. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must use personal logins for streaming services.
Pool is closed during fall and winter season.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This 2 bedroom condo was a bit small, but nicely appointed and more than adequate for our needs. It was modern, and clean and more importantly it was located within a block of the bear bus stop that takes you up to the lift, so you did not have to drive. My only complaints were that the passcode to open the door to the condo was too long (10 digits) and the bedrooms were located right next to the front door of the building, so you could on occasion hear people coming/going when you were trying to sleep. That being said, I would not hesitate to book these accomodations again.

The place was nice and the hot tub was great but no pool in winter. The unit was most satisfactory as expected. However if you’re you’re a smoker, don’t stay here - not allowed to smoke on the balcony or patio and must leave the property - like past the parking lot and they enforce the NS on property rule

Real neat and clean condo. The location right in along the creek and bike path. Very quiet and tranquil . It took me an hour on the phone before I could unlock the front door. The patio was very dirty and grounds crew never made it by. The pool and hot tub were lovely but were closed 2/4 days and that was one of the reasons I choose it. Overall fine but not quite 4 stars.
