About this apartment rental
Are you looking for a comfortable apartment in the heart of Avoriaz with an exceptional view of the Alps? Do you want to be able to ski-in and ski-out as you please to the ski slopes and city center? Then look no further! You have found your ideal home away from home. We welcome you with open arms ☺
Our accommodation is perfect for couples and families with children, and is located near the center of the resort, restaurants, shops, ski schools, and ski lifts. Depart on skis and return with them – ski-in and ski-out as you’d like!
Located on the 11th floor with elevator, you will enjoy our accommodation for its stunning views and delightful amenities. The apartment is southwest facing so you will have plenty of light throughout the entire day and can enjoy a breathtaking sunset for apéro each evening on two balconies.
A private ski room on the same floor is at your disposal, where you can store your skis, shoes, clothes, and all equipment.
The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, 1 bunk bed area that fits 2 adults, 1 large living room with a very comfortable pull-out sofa bed. An additional single bed may be placed in the living room if needed.
There are 2 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bath) and a separate toilet. Hair dryer is provided.
The open kitchen is fully equipped for your raclette, fondue and crepe party! We provide a full-size dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, regular coffee machine, raclette cooker, fondue cooker, and crepe cooker. There is also an in-unit washing machine and dryer.
Fast-speed fiber optic internet access is free - we will send you the access codes by email before your arrival. You will also have cable on a large flat-screen smart TV.
Cleaning is included. Linen and towels are provided - the concierge will tell you the instructions to follow when you depart.
The apartment is located in the center of the resort, where you will find all amenities nearby. Please note that Avoriaz is an entirely pedestrian resort, so no cars are allowed in. The apartment is near the parking and unloading dock, where you will gather your luggage. Then shuttles or horse carriages can take you directly to the apartment for an additional fee. For those that are courageous, the apartment is still in walking distance. There are sledges available so you can push your luggage to the apartment.
For weekly rentals:
Check-in is from 16:00 until 22:00. You can contact the mobile number of the concierge from 16:00 when you arrive on Avoriaz. If you arrive after 22:00, you must call before 20:00.
Accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 on Saturday. The inventory check can be done between 8:00 and 10:00 on Saturday morning. It will be necessary to make an appointment as of Thursday morning. In case of early departure (before 8 o'clock on Saturday morning) you will have to inform by telephone and leave the keys to the concierge, and the inventory check will be done without you.
You have a discount of 30% on your ski equipment rental in the shop downstairs - Crozats Sports 2000! The same discount also applies in the following shops: 360 Skishop, 720 Skishop!

Loved our stay in Avoriaz, location was perfect with ski in / ski out, made dropping the kids off for lessons super easy. So close to everything and well equipped apartment with private ski room conveniently located next to elevator. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate rebooking!

Easy check in and great communication. The apartment had everything we needed plus more, such as coffee capsules for the coffee machine, tea bags, washing capsules for the washing machine, plenty of bin bags and dishwasher tablets, which I would usually expect to provide myself. We were even given a complimentary bottle of champagne which was a lovely touch. The apartment had a great view of avoriaz and we were able to ski in and out easily. The ski storage room was great and being on the same floor as the apartment made everything very easy. It was lovely and warm and the towel rails in both bathrooms were great for drying wet gloves at the end of the day. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, saucepans etc. Having a Bluetooth speaker was great and meant we could listen to BBC radio 2! The ski hire shop was literally under the apartment and escalators into town were great and meant we didn’t have to walk up any slippery slopes with our shopping. Overall an excellent week and would thoroughly recommend the apartment.

Beautiful apartment - well equipped, tidy, clean and bright. Perfectly located overlooking the beginner area and snowpark in Avoriaz. A true ski in - ski out apartment.
