PERLE RARE – A TRUE FAMILY HOME IN THE HEART OF AVORIAZ
We didn’t originally design Perle Rare as a holiday rental: we first made it our own family home.
For several years, this was our home in Avoriaz. Today, it retains everything that made it so comfortable for everyday family life: generous living spaces, 3 bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, plenty of storage and a private ski room with a boot dryer.
Opposite the Children’s Village, right in the centre of Avoriaz and with ski-in/ski-out access, Perle Rare comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
THE WARMTH AND CHARACTER OF A MOUNTAIN CHALET
Perle Rare has retained all the charm of the mountains: exposed beams, aged wood, character furniture and carefully chosen alpine décor can be found throughout the apartment, including the bedrooms.
The result is a warm, authentic atmosphere, far removed from the standardised interiors sometimes found in large residences.
It is exactly the kind of warmth you appreciate coming home to after a day on the slopes.
3 BEDROOMS – SLEEPS 6
No one sleeps in the living room: everyone has their own space.
• A large, bright master bedroom with double bed, dressing area, storage and TV
• A charming alpine-style bedroom with 2 single bunk beds and individual reading lights
• A characterful third double bedroom with exposed beams, aged wood, carefully chosen mountain décor, storage and TV
The bathroom has a shower, and the WC is separate.
A PROPER LIVING SPACE TO ENJOY TOGETHER
After skiing, the living room remains exactly that: a comfortable space for everyone to relax and spend time together.
A large corner sofa, dining area, HD TV, Wi-Fi, aged wood and character furniture create a generous and welcoming living space for family and friends.
A PROPER KITCHEN, NOT JUST A KITCHENETTE
The spacious kitchen with breakfast bar is one of Perle Rare’s real advantages.
Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and plenty of storage give you everything you need, whether preparing breakfast before skiing or enjoying a relaxed family dinner at home.
PRIVATE SKI ROOM WITH BOOT DRYER
Perle Rare has its own private ski room, conveniently located on the same floor as the apartment.
At the end of the day, skis and equipment can be left there, and your ski boots will be dry and ready for the following morning.
Less equipment in the apartment, less hassle and more everyday comfort.
OPPOSITE THE CHILDREN’S VILLAGE, RIGHT IN THE CENTRE
When travelling with children, location can make all the difference.
The Children’s Village is directly opposite, around a 2-minute walk away. Ski-in/ski-out access, restaurants, shops and activities are also just moments from the apartment.
The supermarket is around 1 minute away, the bakery and Aquariaz around 2 minutes, the cinema around 1 minute and the bowling alley around 5 minutes.
Avoriaz is entirely pedestrianised, so once you have unpacked, your holiday can simply be enjoyed on foot.
YOUR HOLIDAY STARTS THE MOMENT YOU ARRIVE
Your beds will be made before you arrive, with bed linen and towels provided.
A baby travel cot and high chair are also available. Please simply bring suitable bedding for the travel cot.

Our four apartments are completely independent and all located on the same floor of Les Portes du Soleil Residence – a particularly convenient arrangement for several families or groups of friends travelling together.
You can stay just a few steps from one another while still enjoying the privacy and independence of your own apartment.
