Located in the Heart of Broadway! This apartment is hip, spacious and perfect for groups -- perfect for your next Nashville Vacation, Birthdays, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Reunions and so much more!
Enjoy the amazing view overlooking the neon lights of Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena. Nashville has plenty of rental units, but there are only two this large located on Broadway -- and both take up the two top floors in the Lucky Bastard Saloon building!
Once you step outside the loft, you're right in the heart of Broadway! A short walk to the world famous Tootsies, Hattie B's, Jack's BBQ, Whiskey River Saloon and more. Or simply walk downstairs to Lucky Bastard Saloon and enjoy live music, the Nashville Hot Chicken menu and cold drinks.

Awesome location and perfect for our big group! We loved being able to come and go whenever we pleased.

I knew the property was above a bar and some other reviewers had mentioned it was a bit noisy but it was very noisy. All night. The apartment is right above the dj floor and you hear the music until 3 am and then you hear the staff cleaning up. Also, the apartment only has windows at the very front of the property and none of the rooms really have full walls. It definitely feels like this was not supposed to be an apartment. Some of the furniture had a musty smell to it. Location is great if you are there for Broadway.
