Perched on the cliff at Pourville beach, this early twentieth-century manor houses a cosy and modern flat on its second floor.
The entrance to the manor is majestic with its wide flights of stairs.
The flat is a true snug cocoon with elegant and trendy décor.
On the first level is the living area, with its open-plan kitchen, well equipped (Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washer-dryer, combined oven-microwave, fridge and freezer, 3 induction hobs, electric kettle, soup blender, smoothie maker, electric mincer, manual fruit press, garment steamer), its comfortable lounge (WiFi) and its convertible sofa to accommodate a child for sleeping. The WC is separate.
Access to the second level is via a spiral staircase. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed, comfortable and soft, and, as a surprise, a secure net allows light from the lower floor to enter, the perfect reading corner. The bathroom features an Italian shower and a lovely round sink set on a chest of drawers.
There is a private parking space in front of the manor entrance.
You just need to go down the street to reach the beach, and the restaurants and bars.
A space is dedicated to you in the garden, each flat has its own garden space and equipment (table, chairs and 2 sun loungers).
The property is located on the GR 21 which takes you for walks through fields and woods, via valleys that serve the few beaches of Varengeville-sur-Mer.
