About this house rental
The house consists of a large living area with a kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher - washing machine - stove - oven - coffee maker - kettle and dishes) bathroom with shower, double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe Wall. The living room has a leather sofa, a TV area with Sky and a fireplace! The outdoor area consists of a veranda where you can have breakfast and lunch and dinner enjoying the spectacle of a splendid view of the sea in all the tranquility that characterizes the surrounding area. Outside there is also a shower, a brick barbecue where you can dedicate yourself to the best roasts that our island reserves for us!
My intention is to make my guests feel as if they are in their own home with all the comforts and services that I can offer, making myself available for anything.
Access to the house in the private condominium is via an automatic barrier.
The town of Eden Rock is located about 3 km from the beautiful beaches of Chia, 10 km from the inhabited center of the splendid town Pula where you can spend beautiful evenings with many services that are offered. The closest shopping center is located at 1Km at LA PINETA where there is a well-stocked supermarket, butchers, fishmongers, souvenirs, sporting goods, tobacconist, bar, pizzeria and steakhouse.
Acirca 40 km from Cagliari and from the airport reachable in 40 minutes by car through the convenient s. s.195.
Discos and amusements are located a few kilometers towards Pula or Chia.

Villa Eden was one of the best appartments we ever had.
It is a very beautiful place: Fantastic view and very quiet.
The host is very friendly and helpful.
The aparment itself has a very stylish furniture: It is clear that the hosts arranged and equipped the flat with love (one example: the flat has a mediterranean blue white design and there are even blue LEDs so that you can enlight it in a nice way).
The flat itself has everything needed: from mosquito nets to free WIFI - we missed nothing at all.
If we come back to sardinia, we will try to book this aparment for sure.

My family and I have been traveling around Europe for about a year now and Andrea is the most spectacular host to date. He was willing to meet us at the airport and take us to the villa to ensure we didn't get lost and got acclimated with the area. The views are spectacular, pizza is amazing in Pula and the distance to the beautiful Mediterranean beaches can't be beat. The villa has everything you need, including a nice terrace wih beach chairs overlooking the Med, cable TV, and air conditioning. The steep road up to the villa is a little intimidating and the water heater is a little small but this was hands down the best place for value we have stayed in while in Europe. Thanks a ton Andrea, we will see you back this summer!
