About this villa rental
Villa MenorcaHome 14 is located in the Calan Bosch urbanisation in the municipality of Ciutadella, about 400 metres from a seafront promenade and about 500 metres from Calan Bosch beach.
The property is around 135 m2, with a modern style, quadratic shape and at street level has a parking area with capacity for 2 cars.
In the exterior area of the property we have a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. On one side of the house we find a built-in BBQ. And next to the outdoor terrace is the swimming pool with 8 sun loungers and a set of table and chairs.
The dwelling is distributed over 2 floors:
Ground floor: Covered outdoor terrace with a wooden pergola and direct access to the swimming pool.
Spacious living-dining room with direct access to the outdoor terrace and connected to the kitchen.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule and Italian coffee machine, hand blender.
Fast internet connection via wifi.
Full bathroom with shower.
Double bedroom with double bed.
First floor: 2 rooms with 2 single beds, both with access to a balcony with views of the back of the garden.
Master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
In the hallway, there is a bathroom for the 2 bedrooms.
All bedrooms with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.

Check in very easy as key was in a key box, managed to get in slightly earlier. Pool very clean and filter kicked in quite a lot. Sprinklers at night kept grass green. Wifi good but struggled in upstairs rooms. An outdoor shower would have been a great addition. Kitchen well stocked. Great location, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 10 minutes to the beach/harbour with lots of choice of restaurants (We'd recommend Ciao Belli for smashing pizza and atmosphere). Lighthouse and amazing sunsets also very close. All in all, a great stay in Cala en bosc!
