I highly recommend this condo. The location is in Barefoot Resort and is very quiet. The large community’s pool is wonderful and has lots of space. The beach is approximately 10 minutes away. There were also floats, a pump and chairs available for use. If you have more than 4 people you may want to bring extra towels. The host was also very prompt in communications.

The place was cute and decor was very beachy. Beach chairs and umbrella were very good quality. Beds in rooms were comfortable but pull out was very uncomfortable. Pantry staples were VERY limited. Only one hand towel provided in kitchen for entire stay. Dish washer was not connected into counter so very wobbly and unstable when opening and loading. We were left with two almost empty paper towel rolls used by previous occupants. No laundry soap was provided, just dryer sheets, and stain remover. Floors were so dirty that our feet were black on the bottom within 30 mins of walking around inside barefoot. We were provided white washcloths, heavily stained black and more hanging in bathroom that looked used. Dinning room chair cushions heavily stained. The shelves and decor had a heavy coating of dust on them like things had not been dusted in months. Ceiling fans very very dusty and furnace filter was way beyond dirty!!! For as much as we paid and also paid for cleaning fee, we expected a clean place to stay.
