Golf the day away, relax at the beach, and explore Barefoot Landing when you stay at this resort vacation rental! Ideal for families seeking an effortless getaway, this townhome puts you in the heart of North Myrtle Beach’s top activities. Beautiful end unit townhome located in Egret Run within prestigious Barefoot Resort. The Presidio floor plan offers 2000 heated square feet. The kitchen has beautiful 42" Cherry cabinets and granite countertops, and there is also a breakfast nook. The dining and living areas are very bright as an end unit. Off the living room is a sunroom to enjoy. Just off the sunroom is a patio where you can grill and entertain your guests. The master suite is on the ground floor, and the bath has double sinks and a shower. Upstairs are the other bedrooms. One of them is another suite with its owner's bathroom. A large attic space with access from the upstairs suite was converted into a kid's bunk room. From Memorial Day to the end of October, a shuttle runs through the resort, taking you to the Beach or Barefoot Landing for entertainment, shopping, and dining. All golfers in the community have access to four Barefoot Resort community golf courses (public fee applies). There is also a marina where jet skis, pontoon boats, and boat slips can be rented. No other resort offers so much!

The home is well appointed and very clean! The small toaster oven could use a little deep clean, but the rest of the house was immaculate! (We just used the regular oven instead, no big deal!) The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and we had plenty of linens/towels for our party of 7. There are nice little touches throughout the home that make it feel warm and welcoming.
Location—We were always within 30 minutes or less of anything we wanted to do. We visited Broadway at the Beach, the boardwalk, Barefoot Landing, the aquarium, and a few mini golf places, ice cream shops and the public beaches. There were tons of restaurant options nearby and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The neighbors are all very friendly and it seemed to be a mix of vacationers and residents. It felt safe. This condo unit itself was just a short walk to the small private neighborhood pool, which was perfect for a morning swim before starting our day. There was also the option of taking a really easy 10-ish minute drive to the NMB public beach access, which was where we liked to end our days.
We only had one issue when we first got there and that was with the WiFi not connecting. It was a quick text to the owner who responded right away with a new password and it was resolved within 2 minutes. Easy peasy! I only mention it because it speaks to the owners care and attentiveness to ensure that his guests have all the comforts of home!
Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
