About this cottage rental
All-inclusive holiday cottage (except tourist tax), adjoining the owners' house (accessible from the parking area through their garden).
Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, dining area, and TV. Wood-burning stove (first fire provided; additional wood available upon request).
Upstairs: landing with relaxation area. One double bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, en-suite shower room, and separate WC. One bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and two 90x190cm single beds, en-suite shower room, and separate WC. This cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities.
Outside: private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and outdoor games (rackets, boules, etc.). Private parking on the property with space for two cars. Beds made upon arrival, towels provided, cleaning included. Wi-Fi included. Cot and high chair available upon request. Non-smoking accommodation. Welcome to "La Grange de la Lezardière," your comfortable accommodation (with 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet), in a renovated former barn. In the distance, you can see the Château de Ménars, the former residence of the Marquise de Pompadour, with its formal French gardens. Your gîte is located in Saint Claude de Diray, a peaceful village on the banks of the Loire River (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), halfway between Blois and Chambord (less than 10 minutes away). Explore the Loire by bike, stroll through the Loire Valley or the Sologne region, and be sure to visit the famous Loire Valley châteaux. Food lovers will also be delighted in the area: Cheverny AOC wine, goat cheeses, asparagus... our restaurateurs and producers will be thrilled to introduce you to all the flavors of Loir-et-Cher!
