Country house whose interior has just been completely renovated.
An old farmhouse typical of the region, it will seduce holidaymakers who are looking for authenticity and the comfort of modernism.

- A living room of 34 m² with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen with 1 central island.
- 3 very bright bedrooms each with dressing room or wardrobes and double beds.
- 1 bathroom with a shower, a sink, toilets.
This cottage is entirely on one level, without any functioning, with an area of 95 m². It has direct access to the outdoor terrace on which it is pleasant to take your meals on sunny days in the shade of a large electric awning.
The entire property and its garden are fenced, which ensures total safety for your children who can play outside and peace of mind for parents. Your vehicle is also secured inside the property.
Calm is guaranteed because the house is surrounded by fields and on the edge of a beautiful forest. A communal path allows you to go for beautiful walks or bike rides. The house is not isolated, however, the first neighbors being at the end of the street.
The cottage is located near the most famous castles: Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, Chenonceaux, Amboise and many smaller ones: Beauregard, Fougères sur Bièvre, Villesavin. The famous Beauval Zoo is only 30 minutes away.

The owner and his wife are wonderfull people who give you a warm welcome , everything is available in the house from plenty rented so far ..100 % ok ! of plates , cups , bowls , coffeemachine , dishwasser , mixer ..name it ..wonderfull BBQ ..and so on ..the most complete house i rentex
