Sea side holiday villa, perfect location, maximum relaxation.

This was the best home sharing experience I’ve ever had. The place was quiet, clean, comfortable, beautiful, and conveniently located to all the stuff. The beach was just a short walk down a beautiful path.

We stayed at this villa in october 2009 for our daughters wedding which was taking place at the St.Georges Chapel. The location couldnt have been better as the chapel is just around the corner. My daughter was staying at the St.Georges Hotel again just around the corner so again perfect location. We got a bit lost on our arrival but 1 call to Sam and he came and met us and guided us to the villa perfect customer service, he even helped us out with finding the photographer for the wedding. The beach was not to far away just a short walk. and in the opposite direction we found 2 lovely eating places with very reasonable prices and very friendly staff 1 being "Jaspers" (which became our favourite Jasper is lovely so friendly) very good value for money and across the road "Blue Eyes" were the men were able to watch the football. There are a few other bars and restaurants about but we found these 2 to be the best .Also there was a hairdresses and a couple of shops nearby too. My only drawback with the villa was the pool was out of action whilst we were there but we managed happily without it and an added extra that we didnt know about was the "swing" in the patio area . The villa had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean, loads of bedding, comfortable beds and settees in living room and the decor was very tasteful all done by Sam himself a very talented man, and so very friendly . The harbour is a must to be seen too its a bus/car ride away but well worth it loads of shops bars and restaurants and boats for hire if you wish. I would highly recommend this villa for its location and friendly owners, we hope to return again for a holiday without a wedding so that that we can explore further afield than what we were able as our holiday was mainly for the wedding this time around so didnt get to do to much. We also went to the King of Tombs which was quite fascinating. As a whole I would rate our stay at this villa 100% + ( It was our 1st experience of a villa holiday too).

2 minutes from K Paphos is optimistic more like 10. The property is well out of town and it is too far to walk there. In my opinion the villa (as would most of the properties we saw) would have benefited with having mosquito screens fitted to windows as we got bitten to pieces because we can't sleep with air con running. The stairs in the villa are not small child friendly.The villa was clean and tidy and well represented. Owner was very nice and helpful and there was good email communication. He also supplied some food for us on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this property and would use it again if I were to return to Paphos.
