These detached villas, which were renovated in 2017, are located on Ferienresort Cochem. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy. You'll have a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with various modern appliances at your disposal. There's also one bedroom with two single beds (pushed together to make one double) and en-suite bathroom downstairs. There are two single bedrooms upstairs. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms. The second bathroom is upstairs as well. All beds are box-spring beds. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture. There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car. Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed. 2026: The swimming pool is closed from 12.01 to 18.01.2026 due to renovation work. 2027: The swimming pool is closed from 11.01 to 17.01.2027 due to renovation work.
