•Clean sheets & towels are provided at the beginning of every stay. If you wish to launder them during your stay, there is washer & dryer with some complimentary laundry detergent provided.
•Guests will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.) once they have used the complimentary essentials provided at the beginning of their stay.
PET POLICY: A maximum of 1 pet (dogs or cats) is allowed. Pets must be house-trained, have up-to-date shots, and be properly groomed to minimize shedding. Pets should be crated while unattended in the property and kept off of furniture at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up the yard after your own pet. There is a $50/pet/stay fee.

Cute little house with comfortable beds. Very convenient location. We were 10-15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to visit. Neighborhood felt safe. We did have problems with the keypad not unlocking but the property manager was able to unlock it for us over the phone and she even came out and brought us a key.

This adorable home was perfect for our stay while we visited our child that attends Oklahoma City University. We were centrally located to all the other great areas of Oklahoma City… Bricktown, Midtown, The Plaza, Automobile Alley, etc. The property is as described and had a nice privately fenced backyard with a fire pit. The owners were engaged and ready to help with any questions we had. I would happily return for a stay at The Pastel Palace!

This listing was mostly as advertised with a convenient location to most of our activities. It was clean and comfortable with good communication from the property manager. Our only negative is the neighborhood where it is located. While it was convenient, it didn’t feel totally safe and has seen better days. Overall this is a good property that is well located, but the outside of the house and the neighborhood weren’t the highlights for us.
