this was our second time staying at carl’s condo. this is likely to be our tradition going forward. the location is great, with a lot of things to do within short walking distance. i spent every morning at the pool and loved it!

My sons and I just enjoyed a short get away at Carl’s place and had a lovely time. Condo was just as described, and just what we were looking for. Short walk to the beach, activities and food. Carl was a great host and communicator. Would stay at his place again.

The property is just over one block from the beach, so it’s a perfect location. The condo building is definitely older and not anything fancy, but was fine overall. The cleaning crew could definitely do a better job - dirty kitchen sponge left, trash can was filthy inside, toilet not cleaned very well (around knobs on top); toilet paper holder and vent in bathroom along with bathroom ceiling tiles were rusted…I’d recommend replacing them, as the unit is very cute. A good deep cleaning of the couch/pillows is needed, and the bathroom floor mat was not washed prior to our stay. Owner Carl was very pleasant and communicative, 10/10. Mackys Bar and Restaurant was very good, about 7 minutes away by car. Lots of shops/restaurants in walking distance. The condo pool was nice and clean, and not very busy.
