At 1300 on the day of check in I still had no check in instructions. I attempted making several attempts to contact them through the VRBO app and had no response over days and hours. I also tried messaging and calling the number given and was not successful. I called VRBO and eventually they tracked down the owner / operator at a different number than the one given. Only after that, and close to my check in time 1600, did I have instructions. I'm finding that when companies own these units, instead of individuals, the customer service dramatically goes down.
