The Villa Strandvogt thrilled by its unique location near the beach in Börgerende and its architecture with style elements of the classic resort architecture. The individually furnished apartments in the Villa Strandvogt, completed in 2013, have a balcony, terrace or roof terrace, underfloor heating and beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. From many apartments you have a view to the sea. The elevator leads from the underground car park to the penthouse apartments. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, the Villa Strandvogt is the perfect starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retire and find peace and relaxation. The apartment has an underground parking space or a parking space in front of the house. In the underground garage are bicycle parking, coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Please note: Building activities in the surrounding area may cause adverse effects.

The comfortable corner couch invites you to linger and relax, complemented by a fireplace, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a CD radio. Also books and board games are available for our guests.   The spacious dining area in leather look provides space for eating and playing together and can comfortably accommodate max. 7 people.   The separately located bright kitchen has its own window. It is fully equipped with fridge including integrated 4 * freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle and leaves nothing to be desired.   Both bedrooms provide space to relax and unwind. They are equipped with double beds and spacious closets with plenty of storage space. A double bed 1,80x2,00 with single mattresses and a double bed 1,60x2,00 with single mattresses.   The two elegant bathrooms with large, walk-in shower with additional rain head shower, towel warmer, vanity, hair dryer and other extras present themselves as oasis of well-being.   You can enjoy the day on the balcony in the evening sun. Listen to the sound of the sea over a good bottle of wine.
