A 3 BR/2.5 BA beautiful home w/ patio, large outdoor sitting area with hot tub, grill, fire pit and privacy fence. Also has 2 vehicle carport w/ Level 2 EV charger and very spacious parking (can park 5 more vehicles!)

There is an intimate patio where you can relax and enjoy with family and friends. Enjoy the patio with privacy fence, 6 person hot tub, outdoor sitting and dining area, TV, gas grill and fire fit. Great spot right in the heart of Hot Springs! Everything was no more than a few miles from the house we had a great time. House was very nice our kids loved the put put in the back definitely recommend visiting!

We had a wonderful stay at this home rental. The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing visit. One of the highlights was the outdoor space—the outdoor kitchen area and fire pit was perfect for spending time together, and the putting green was a fun and unique touch that we really enjoyed.The host was excellent with communication from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. We also appreciated the extra hospitality, including snacks, coffee, and bottled water, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would happily book again.

The property was great. The outdoor area was relaxing and perfect. Close to casino, shopping and bathhouse row. The host was accommodating and the small touches of home stood out(water, snacks, small toiletries).We loved our stay!

This house was amazing! The outdoor area was perfect for us as a family! The kids loved the putting green and hot tub. The owners took the extra step and answered quickly. We will be back!
