Next to Oaklawn Racing & Casino and few minutes from downtown Hot Springs, Lake Hamilton, Magic Springs Theme & Water Park, Hot Springs Off- Road Park and ziplining at Adventure Works Hot Springs! A 3 BR/2.5 BA beautiful home w/ patio, large outdoor sitting area with hot tub, grill, fire pit and privacy fence. Also has 2 vehicle carport w/ Level 2 EV charger and very spacious parking (can park 5 more vehicles!)

The house is situated next to the casino (7 mins walk door to door and 3 mins. walk to shuttle shed #4). The house is tastefully renovated with stylish finishes. There is an intimate patio where you can relax and enjoy with family and friends. Enjoy the patio with privacy fence, 6 person hot tub, outdoor sitting and dining area, TV, gas grill and fire fit. The house has a private carport parking with Battery for Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle that is compliant with SAE J1772 (including Tesla, adaptor not provided) and very spacious driveway. Fantastic house that was one of the most well equipped home away from homes we have stayed at! Host was Very friendly, helpful, and quick with responses. Super comfy beds. The yard is so fun to hang out in and wish we would have had even more time there. Thanks again!

We had a great stay at this property and would absolutely book here again! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.We come to the area for the races, and the location could not be better—it's an easy walk to Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, which made our trip even more enjoyable.One of our favorite parts of the home was the backyard. It’s such a fun and relaxing space with a hot tub, grill, and even a putting green. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the races.If I had to mention one small thing, it would be the room with the bunk beds. It would be perfect for kids, but for adults it was a little less comfortable. That said, it certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.Overall, this is a great property in a fantastic location, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!
