We had such a fun time at this property! We had two teenage boys and two 20 year olds with us and they had an absolute blast with all the games, which really came in handy with the stormy weather we had. We also took advantage of the ponds on the larger property to go fishing and caught a few bass. We were close to hiking and restaurants. The only downside was the gravel road getting to the house and the steep gravel driveway which I found to be terrifying so I made my husband do all the driving. Even with all wheel drive, it was a bit challenging for us at times. But all the fun we had made up for it. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great stay for our family of three and one fur baby at Bootlegger Retreat! Home was very clean, comfortable and plenty of space inside as well as outside decks. Shane’s detailed instructions for our arrival was much appreciated as navigating to home was slightly complicated. Beautiful wooded location was very peaceful.
