Set over two floors, you enter the property on the ground floor which offers a well-equipped, well-presented kitchen area with a breakfast bar should you not wish to dine out in the many restaurants/cafés close by. Up one flight of stairs you are greeted by a good-sized double bedroom with plenty of storage for your stay. Next to the bedroom is a lovely shower room which also features a heated towel rail. On the same floor you have a delightful living area with a comfy sofa and large smart TV, this also boasts a table and chairs. To the side of the property is a small outdoor seating area where you can have a glass of fizz in the summer sun or a coffee whilst taking in the fresh morning air.
