Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature.
Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

We had 10 folks (family and extended family) staying in "Blue Heaven" for Thanksgiving, and it was wonderful. The house was perfect for that sized group, with just the right number of bedrooms and each having it's own bathroom. The view from the main floor and master bedroom was awesome from sunrise through sunset. And the management company was very helpful in resolving the minor issues that we did have. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Heaven. The location was perfect right on the beach. We were within walking distance of the Surfside Pier and the restaurants there, plus just a short drive from Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet.
Sunrises from the deck were amazing and having such a great beach just steps from the deck is unbeatable.
For the most part, the house was very nice. Bedrooms were nice (the master is amazing!) and the kitchen/dining room/living room area was great for gathering. All cooking and eating supplies were provided, which was appreciated.
The stairs were dirty when we got there and the pool was only cleaned once, so that was a little bit dirty, so we never used it.
We were disappointed the linen package requires us to put everything on the beds and take them off. Seems like that should be included when paying $250.
Overall, it was a great place to stay for four nights and we'd all recommend it.

I had asked several times about early check in and stated that it hadn’t been “released” by housekeeping. We were there at 2:00pm and there was zero activity between 2 and 4:30.
The place was not very clean and the standing water when showering in the king bedroom lower level was disgusting! The pantry where food is supposed to be stored was full of paint cans! The return air vent in the kitchen looked like it had never been cleaned.
