The first thing we noticed was how spotlessly clean the home was – it even had a fresh, welcoming scent that immediately made us feel at ease.The house was fully equipped with all the essentials – small utensils, pots and pans, and incredibly comfortable bedding. Everything we needed for a relaxing, convenient stay was already in place. And the beautiful private pool quickly became our favorite feature – clean, peaceful, and perfect for both lounging and family fun.The location was absolutely ideal. The home was nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet within easy walking distance to both restaurants and the beach. It truly offered the best of both worlds – relaxation and accessibility.What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the Sea Star Realty team. Every time I reached out – even by text – they responded immediately with professionalism and care. One moment that really impressed us was after a storm passed through overnight. Without us even needing to ask, someone arrived the very next morning to clean the pool and ensure everything was perfect for us to enjoy again. Everything was very clean, in good repair & comfortable for us. The real estate company was GREAT to work with. We had a couple issues during the stay and the agent was QUICK to respond & we had any issue that came up resolved in a QUICK & EASY manner. I will certainly recommend this house as the "perfect" beach stay !!!

Loved the neighborhood. House could be cleaner, but it wasn't horrible. Mildewy shower curtain, kids toys left under furniture. We had to remove a wasp nest under deck furniture. We got stung. The rest was fine. Lots of towels, bedding was good. Had a wonderful week

Very nice house. Great location with a short walk to the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood but still close enough to everything you would want. We would consider returning but a few critical items would need to be repaired. Every deck railing had loose or even a missing pickets. Our grandson almost climbed through the missing picket before we realized what was going on. The air conditioner froze up because the filters were clogged up. A few broken chairs on the deck and around the pool. Generally not cleaned very well. Maybe the for sale sign out front explains the lack of maintenance and hopefully the new owners will bring the place up to the standards that reflect the higher price point for this property.
