Basically ideal for a vacation rental. Clean, functional, well located, no BS. The walls are a little thin at the building but not the end of the world.

The stay was nice and clean! Communication was prompt and fast with host. Very close to where we wanted to go. Highly do recommend renting a car while staying here. Not really a walkable area but has nearby aventura mall and other fun places to explore.

Apartment was cool and clean. All comfort appliances working so good and nicely.
Location as great nearby Aventura Mall. This complex is new and super easy to access.
