EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT:
Subject to availability by the professional cleaner, they offer for $45 an early check-in of 1:00pm ahead of the 3:00pm standard arrival and/or late check-out request from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Must be paid in advance of check-in for scheduling. Payable through Airbnb reservation. For more questions or time options, please don't hesitate to request prior to arrival.
6 GUESTS MAXIMUM:
The max over-night guests the home can accommodate are 6 (six) Airbnb registered guests. There is an extra $250.00 violation fee for each additional guest.
Day of check-in, door codes will be provided.
Parking available on-site.

Any violation or these house rules will result in immediate eviction without a refund. If Police are called for any reason (other than medical emergency), it will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
WEDDINGS/PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY:
-Please inquire BEFORE booking for SPECIAL hourly and location pricing.
-You must provide detailed descriptions of your concept before booking as well as your location budget.
-Please keep in mind this guest suite and outdoor area is meant as a quiet retreat for up to 2 people. If you have ANYTHING else in mind, you must let us know ahead of time and get appropriate permission before booking.
-If a production crew, a certificate of insurance may be required prior to date of filming.
