Modern Florentine Terrace is located on the second floor in a prestigious building that has just been renovated and has an elevator, just a short walk from the Duomo.
Equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can sleep up to 3 people.
The apartment is located in the most strategic point of Florence a few meters from all the main monuments and museums of the city: the Duomo, the Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Strozzi, The David Museum and Santa Croce. OVERVIEW
The property has been completely renovated while maintaining comfort and style. The floors are parquet and there is air conditioning throughout the apartment. The ceilings are very high and create a spacious and airy atmosphere. The whole space is very bright thanks to the large windows. INTERIOR
The living area is spacious and elegantly furnished, with a fresh and attractive look. A lovely sitting area consists of sofa armchairs and a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing all kinds of dishes and has a 4-seat table. A large French window leads to a huge terrace complete with comfortable furniture and ideal for relaxing. It is also possible to access the outdoor area from the two bedrooms (1 double and 1 single bedroom), which are tastefully furnished and equipped with spacious closets. The apartment also has two elegant bathrooms with marble-lined showers, one of which has a small laundry area with a state-of-the-art washer and dryer.
