Guests will have access to entire house and yard, except for the garage which is locked. There is parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway, which is located right in front of the house on a quiet street for easy in and out.

》The city is also very cyclist friendly and, if you are interested in renting bicycles, let us know! We would be happy to provide a selection that fits perfectly for your group.
》We do recommend a car if you are planning on going to the mountains.

2. Technology: Each bedroom has a smart TV. We provide USB-A charging ports, but please bring your own USB-C adapters if needed.
3. Ring Doorbell: For your safety, there is a Ring camera at the front entrance. This records audio and video of the entry only — no indoor spaces are monitored.
4. Smoking: Smoking is outdoors only.
5. Refunds: Any refunds will follow Airbnb’s cancellation policy. A processing fee (up to $150) may apply.
6. Guest Count: Sleeps up to 16 between bedrooms, sofas, and an air mattress
7. Pet fees cover shampooing of the rugs and mats, and removal of pet hair between guests. However, any extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged separately. Please clean up after your pet.
8. While we do have regular pest control, you may occasionally see or hear small animals or insects in/around the property.

We were in town 4 days/3 nights for an event at the Coliseum and the house location was perfect being that it was only minutes away.
This house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay and then some! We had 16 in our party that very comfortably fit into this house. We had one minor issue which was that we could not get the coffee machine to work, otherwise our stay was perfect. One absolutely awesome piece is that we, the night before, asked to have a later check out time. We knew asking so late that it likely wasn’t possible but we realized that getting 16 of us up and out by 10am was a bit unrealistic. Response back was YES, just to give her a bit to adjust some things! So by early next morning an email confirmation of later check out time, adtl payment to them processed, we were relieved to know we could have a relaxed departure!! We know where we will stay again if our adventures take us back there! Thank you again from the Montana TeamDepee crew!

I stayed here with a group of coworkers for an on-site week. The space was great for all of us, and we especially enjoyed spending evenings in the backyard!
