• 3 Burner Grill (including propane) is available for rent for 1 week. Please let me know a least a week in advance for me to be able to coordinate with the renting company.

8 to 14 days : $150
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BBQ GRILL NEEDS TO BE OUTSIDE OF THE MOSQUITOES NET.
• Heating of the pool
Please notify at least 5 days in advance if you are planning to use the Pool Heater to be able to turn it on and have it ready for your arrival. Our fee is a daily $35 (taxes included) for the duration of your stay.
Note that the house pool temperature is highly affected by climate and weather. Therefore, the pool heat may not work at its optimum when outside temperature goes below 65ºF.

We really enjoyed the many rooms to accommodate our large family with little children all the way up through the ages. We enjoyed the game room and the pool that was heated was a big hit for everyone! The property manager was readily available for questions and assisted us through out our stay! Memories were made and would recommend staying here for large families or groups!
