It has an elevator, secure parking, and a beautiful, large shared swimming pool. Shops are located at the foot of the residence. Beautiful panoramic views of the port. It features a living room (single-person sofa bed), a TV with an open-plan kitchen area (washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, and ceramic hob), a bedroom (double bed), and an alcove (two bunk beds).
Bathroom: walk-in shower - separate toilet. Loggia (garden furniture).
This residence is popular with tenants for its central location, close to shops and the village (a 10-minute walk), and the Grazel beach is 600m away. Pet Fee - 10kg: €30 - Deposit €350 - Linens not provided - Optional cleaning at an additional cost.
