Perfect location! Four or five excellent restaurants within walking distance. We even walked downtown a couple of times.

The space was clean and spacious. We were a little worried with three girls who had 5 suitcases but there is a huge closet in the bedroom and actually a second closet we didn’t even need to use. The location is excellent. As first time ACL goers we had a 5-10 uber ride to the lady bird parking lot that got us as close as possible to the festival (car wise). Check in was easy, the hosts were communicative, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Walking distance to coffee shops. Property could have been cleaner and some outlets and lights were not working. Overall price was good.
