• Pets must be under control and on a leash at all times when outside the property. Florida law states that pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets may not be left unattended outdoors or allowed to roam freely on the property.
• Guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times, including any injury, damage, or disturbance caused—both on and off the property.
• Any incidents involving a pet (including bites, attacks, or property damage) are the sole responsibility of the guest. Aggressive or dangerous animals are strictly prohibited. Any pet showing threatening behavior must be removed immediately.
• Host/Property Owner assumes no liability for pet-related incidents.
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host/Property Owner from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their pet.

Overall my husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very pet friendly for our 2 dogs including a nice outside patio where we could sit in the sun during the day, and an electric grill we were able to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials needed for any cooking you’d like to do. The home was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! My only complaint is that the couch is cheap and extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to want to sit and relax or watch tv. There is no tv in the bedroom so unfortunately sitting on the couch was the only option. I was working all day at the home and this made for limited comfortable seating during the day. Overall if you’re planning a couple’s beach weekend, this is a quick drive over to Sand Key and there’s plenty of great restaurants around. You’re located right off the Pinellas Trail which was great for walking our dogs. The host was super friendly and responsive as well!
