The house was great. Very spacious and in a great neighborhood. David was great he was quick to respond when we had questions.

Visited family, the beaches, and sporting events in the Tampa Bay Area. Location to all was a bonus. The house was well kept. Nice to park car in the garage.

Owner was very responsive when asked a question. House was great. Nice and clean. I did have to ask for checkin details and the back yard was a little messy with down palm leaves. But no big deal. Would stay again. All of the beach items available to use were a big bonus.
