Heated Pool:
During the cooler season (November-April) the pool will typically be heated to 82 depending on ambient temperature. If you would like it warmer we have provided at Hot Tub.
Pool can be heated to more that 82 when weather permits and upon special request.
Supplies:
We do not believe in `starter packs` where you get 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag and have to run out and buy more on your second day of vacation, we would like you to spend time relaxing instead of shopping for that kind of supplies. We strive to supply plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, a kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, shampoo and hand soap, so there`s enough for several days stay. We also supply laundry detergent, propane gas for the BBQ grill with a spare propane canister so you won`t run out.
Coffee (regular and decaffeinated) is provided for the first couple of nights, so you don`t have to rush out to buy coffee.
Linen: There are towels and linen for all guests, with additional beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and linen if needed.

The home is located in a quiet and secluded neighborhood only a few miles from the world famous beaches. Parking for up to 3 cars in the front. The Pinellas trail is less than a mile away where you can run or bike (there are several bicycle rentals in the area). Taylor park is within walking distance with a lake, a disc golf course and time to relax. Golf course is also within walking distance.
We are private owners and take great pride in our vacation property. We aim to give our guests privacy and only communicate if necessary. We live in the area, therefore we can help very quick if needed.

Apart from the wonderful beaches, you are within a day trip to Orlando with only 1hr 20 min to Disneyworld and 1hr 40 min to Universal Studios.
Busch Gardens is only 45 min and Legoland is 1hr 25 min away.
Downtown St. Petersburg with its quaint neighborhood, new pier and amazing waterfront is less than 30 min away.
Travel:
The location is only 20 minutes from St. Petersburg Clearwater Airport (PIE) and 30 minutes from Tampa Airport (TPA). Orlando Airport is only 1hr 45min away.
House is with a fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware, cookware, coffee filters, condiments, spices etc. for most being able to cook a delicious meal, where the idea is `take some leave some`. Soap and shampoo is provided and Laundry room includes laundry detergent. Feel like home and you are welcome to use whatever is in the house but please be mindful to the next guests.

This home truly had it all—and then some! It was spotless and perfectly located near the beach. My family felt completely comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. The pool and hot tub were a huge highlight, and the host’s communication was exceptional throughout our stay. My kids are already asking when we can come back!

This was a very clean and comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the quiet relaxing atmosphere inside and out. The locataion was super close to clear water beach and not far from Tampa where we visited the aquarium. It was a wonderful experience.

Great house for our family. Backyard pool area was so nice on the days we didnt go to the beach. And the beach was a short drive less than 10 minute to Indian Rocks Beach. House was stocked with plenty of supplies. It was a nice, private place for my family to spend the week.
