The bright interior has a front to back Kitchen and Dining space, cozy Living Room featuring ship lap accents & new furnishings, 3 spacious Bedrooms and 1.5 Baths. First floor Bedroom with Queen, 2nd floor Bedrooms with Queen & Futon in one, Double & Twin Bunk in the other.
Step from the Dining area onto the wrap-around deck featuring Adirondack chairs, fire pit, sun awnings and an outdoor shower. Recently upgraded with Central A/C to keep you cool. Quick walk to Association beach, and a quick 5 mile drive to historic Sandwich Village with shops, restaurants, museums and the iconic Boardwalk.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. This was the first time ever staying at a VRBO this was a great overall experience listing was exactly what we wanted. It was exactly what we got was very quiet the house was clean no problems whatsoever. I was amazed at everything that was there. It’s totally different than staying in a motel I would go back again anytime the ease of booking was amazing
