The property was perfect for both adults and small kids. Plenty of space, plenty of supplies, and a warm inviting atmosphere. The neighbors were very friendly, and we were almost the only people on the private beach each day. No more than 15 minutes from activities, which were great for both the kids and the adults. Bill was a great host.

This our 5th year of coming to Sandwich with our friends and this was definitely our favorite place to stay. The beach was within a short walk and the house was within 15 minutes from the golf course and great restaurants. The house was so clean and we loved the size of the dining room table which was big enough for all 8 of us to sit comfortably for dinner and games. The beds were also very comfortable and having 3 full baths was a huge plus. We are looking forward to returning for next year's getaway!
