Whether skiing, fishing, hiking or biking this condo is in the middle of it all! Ski to and from the slopes or catch the bus 1 minute from the front door. Grab your bike and hop on the bike trail that runs directly behind this condo. It's a short distance to the lakes and an easy walk to the village. Enjoy the open and spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, and great natural light from 2 large sliders. Add a cozy wood stove with comfy couch! You and your guests can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen that has been Turkey approved for big holiday dinners or keep them simple. Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood without the crowds. It is a 5 minute walk to the Village of Mammoth Lakes, or 2 minute drive to Eagle Lodge. This property will not disappoint. For skiers you are steps from the free yellow line bus that takes you directly to Eagle lodge or to the Village of Mammoth Lakes, where you can catch the Gondola to Canyon lodge. It runs every 20 minutes and it takes zero detours. It's like an uber bus! So you are quickly on the slopes. Or the secret trick (which the owners do) is a quick ski through the woods to Eagle lodge and back home through those sane woods at the end of day. So you never have to get into the car or race to get good parking. . Winter and Summer entertainment abounds at the nearby Village along with many restaurants and shops and nightlife. Summer is exceptional here and the condo is steps away from the bike path for all your mountain biking adventures with the lakes near by. The location is one of the more desirable areas in Mammoth Lakes and the condo sits off the street in a very upscale residential cul-de-sac. Walk the fur babies or kids up the street to a beautiful forest with lots of open space to explore and play. Spring, Fall and Summer months you can hike the face of chair 15 and take in the amazing views of Mammoth Lakes all the way to Crowley Lake, It's a workout for anyone who likes a challenge. Bring the family up for the weekend and enjoy the summer concerts, kid's camps, and all your outdoor activities, The home is equipped for families or couples or people who love traveling with their pets. There are a lot of reservation companies here in Mammoth but our home is managed by a local resident and HOA manager who is there to assist 24/7. She has 10 years experience and makes our unit family and fur buddy friendly, welcoming and safe and exceptional. She puts in the extra work to make sure your trip is exceptional every single time. We would be excited to have you as a guest and share this part of Mammoth we have loved for 20 years. We love your pets, so just let us know they are coming. We do charge $200 for a pet,and $50 for the second. We have to pay our maid extra to get the dog hair out so we keep it clean for everyone. And we know dogs shed ourselves!!! So thanks for keeping us in the loop and helping us out with that!
Also like to note, that if for some reason you forget to add your dog to your reservation, we will request the $200 plus tax if our cleaners inform us there are signs of a pet. Thank you.

Fantastic property. Exactly as pictured. Relatively spacious bedrooms with firm, non-saggy mattresses. Kitchen was clean and decently stocked. Living room is spacious yet cozy. A wonder place to relax and recover. Great communication from host. Would definitely stay again.
