Payments and Security Deposit



Electricity, water, and gas consumption are included in the price.

A security deposit will be held on the guest’s credit card at check-in (card must be physically present and under the guest’s name).

The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time may vary depending on your bank).

In the event of damage or rule violations, a portion of the deposit may be withheld to cover costs.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement



Online check-in is required after booking (ID and selfie upload for all guests).

Data is handled in accordance with the GDPR.

A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; we provide a courtesy English version.





Key Delivery

Key delivery and document signing will take place directly at the villa during check-in with a Klodge representative.

Waste Sorting

A door-to-door waste sorting system is active. Please purchase the designated bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
