Ballos is a brand new residence with private pool located in a quiet neighbourhood in Kissamos close to the most famous beaches:
Balos beach 9 km
Kissamos port 1 km
Kastelli village 4 km
Falassarna beach 8 km.
Crystal clear Viglia Beach is only 100 meters away.
Its combines a modern design with all modern amenities such as 3 air conditioning, hydromassage, a smart TV and wi-fi internet.
Our fully equipped residence is ideal for families, group of friends and couples who want to enjoy quiet and relaxing holidays.
The residence is new (built in 2019). The private pool is built in 2021. The equipment and the furniture is also brand new. The residence has sea and mountain view. It is 100 meters away from the Viglia beach.The Home is on the first floor and the private area (only for you) with the garden and the private pool is on the ground floor. Inside the building ground floor is my family storage space (we mainly leave in Chania) and in the first floor there is (my family's) one more independent nextdoor home.
Exploring the area, you can find various either rocky or sandy beaches in small distance away from the house. These beaches are quiet and with clear water. Kissamos port is 1km away from the house, there you can board in ships that takes you Gramvousa island and the famous Balos lagoon. Restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets or anything needed can be found in town Kastelli the center of Kissamos(4km away from the house).

The Check-in went smootly and Giorgos was so kind and helpful. He even left us some fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment is beautiful. Even though we thought we were renting a house, the apartment was big enough for five adults and really had everything you needed. The pool is large and in general everything was very clean and in perfect condition.
The location of the apartment is very quiet but you can reach the supermarket or the nearby restaurants, which are really all highly recommended, with a rental car in a few minutes.
All in all it was a great vacation and we will be back again.

We enjoyed our holidays so much. We loved the house, it was so private and peaceful (except the dogs in the neighborhood, it seemed, they had constantly war with eachother ;-)).
We were several times in Crete, but this location was the best we ever choosed.
